THE ENVISION EXPERIENCE:

What is the Envision Experience? The Envision Experience is what separates us from other movie theatres, restaurants and entertainment venues. Our Bar and Grille is the perfect destination for handcrafted cocktails and craft beers paired with mouth-watering burgers, pastas and entrees. In the theatre, enjoy service at the touch of a button while relaxing in your own personal leather recliner catching the latest Hollywood release.

Do I have to see a movie in order to eat at the Bar and Grille? Absolutely not! What sets Envision apart is the ability to craft your own experience with each visit. Want to catch our newest release? Come join us. Looking for a meal without a movie? Come dine with us. You can see a movie, eat in the restaurant or both. The choice is yours!

TICKETING:

How can I purchase tickets? Tickets can be purchased online or in-person at our box office. Phone transactions are not permitted. You can either purchase your tickets in advance or purchase them when you arrive. On our website home page, click “Buy Tickets” at the top right. A new window will open with our show times and films. You can either sort by film or by date. Select your preferred movie on your selected date and time. You will then be directed to select the number and type of tickets you wish to purchase. After selecting your tickets, you will then select your seats on our seat map. Once seats are selected, you will enter payment information and finish the transaction. You can either use the mobile ticket provided or stop by the box office when you arrive with your confirmation number to have your tickets printed. Make sure to complete the entire transaction. Tickets are not confirmed unless you receive an email confirmation.

How early should we arrive for our movie? Theatres typically open twenty minutes before the film begins. This will allow you to find your seat and get settled. We serve throughout the entire movie, so there is no timeline to order but most guests take advantage of the time before the movie to place their orders.

What type of tickets do you offer? Envision Cinemas offers Adult tickets, Matinee tickets, Student tickets, Child tickets, Senior Citizen tickets and Military Tickets. Adults are ages 12-64, Student tickets are any students with a valid student ID, Child tickets are for ages 2-11, Senior Citizen tickets are for ages 65+. Matinee tickets are for any screening before 5pm.

Reserved seating…what’s that? At Envision Cinemas we offer you the choice of reserving a seat. This means that you choose your seats during your transaction, either online or at our box office. Each ticket corresponds to a specific leather motorized recliner. You choose your seat and where you would like to sit. Seating is not general admission.

Do you offer group rates? At this time, we do not offer group rates. For groups of 8+ call 513-421-3000 to purchase your tickets. For private auditorium rentals and events, please call 513-914-4599.

Refunds….are they available? Tickets are refundable through the first fifteen minutes of show time. After fifteen minutes, tickets are non-refundable. Online ticketing fees are non-refundable. For parties of eight or more, tickets are nonrefundable within 72 hours of show time.

Do you sell gift cards? Gift cards are available for purchase in-person at Envision Cinemas, beginning at $20.00. Please stop by the bar where a manager will take care of you. Gift card sales are also available online at www.envisioncinemas.com.

Why do you charge a booking fee online? To ensure that we are able to continue selling tickets online, we charge a small booking fee.

SHOWTIMES AND HOURS OF OPERATION:

When are your showtimes published? Our showtimes are published in full every Monday afternoon for the upcoming Friday through the following Thursday. For larger films and special events, we offer tickets for sale in advance. Visist our website at www.envisioncinemas.com for upcoming movies and showtimes prior to your visit. Movie titles and show times are subject to change.

What are your hours? We are open Sunday through Thursdays from 11am until 10pm. Friday and Saturday, we are open from 11am until midnight. Holiday hours may vary. Dates and times are subject to change.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

I want to keep in touch with Envision Cinemas. How do I do so? You can sign up for our weekly newsletter, SNEAK PEEK, on our website homepage or Facebook. Sneak Peek is the perfect way to see what movies are currently playing, which movies are opening soon and special events. Do you offer birthday parties and other events? From corporate meetings to holiday gathers, rehearsal dinners and more, you can count on us to plan your perfect event. For more information, call 513-914-4599, or email hello@envisioncinemas.com.

Do we have to order food/drinks in our seats? Of course not! However, with the push of a button you can have items delivered right to your seat. Push the button….you know you want to! If you aren’t interested in dining at your seat, check out our Bar & Grille before or after your flick!

Do you have an age policy? Children two and under are restricted from PG-13 and R rated titles for all showtimes. However, all ages are welcome!

Do you offer a rewards program? We partnered with a third party loyalty program called Thanx to reward guests for choosing to spend their time at Envision. Visit https://signup.thanx.com/envision to enroll.

How does your rewards program work? Once completing a profile in Thanx, each time you used an enrolled credit card you receive points. After you spend $250 at Envision you will be able to activate a $10 statement credit through the Thanx app or via the notification on your next visit. Its that simple. If you use cash, scan and email your receipt or load it into the app to receive credit.
